Que Vee Is For Me!

Oh, when you find the love of your life on eBay!!  Well, the miniature love of your life.  If you recall, I have a red corduroy couch (with arms) that regularly makes an appearance around here.  I have never been able to locate a manufacturer, until now.  They are made by Que Vee in the US.  I purchased the vintage 3 piece living room set and the 2 mustard colour ottomans.  Shipping was tough to swallow, but I couldn't leave these behind.

And then I decided to make a little psychedelic space!

    1. Thanks Sheila! So very stressful as I watched the eBay clock count down and pray no one bid against me! I was so happy I got them

  3. I Love your new furniture! The psychedelic space looks really "groovy"! The posters are wonderful! (All you need is the ash tray and some zig-zags....) :)

    1. Yes!!! I thought the same thing. I couldn't find my tiny lighter. I do have the smokes and ashtray, but I think I should make a pack of smokes. And I promise to try to add the zig zags and "other" items in another scene.

  4. OUTASIGHT, Kat! ♡
    Love the red living room suite and the brown velvet derby on the ottoman, which is so 70's. Also love Keli's notebooks alongside the empty chinese take-out. Being familiar with so many of those posters and especially those shag pillows, it was like taking a step backwards through time;
    "Everything here is real, you can feel it... " and I can dig it ! :D

    1. Thanks Elizabeth. I've been inspired by the last few seasons of Mad Men recently, so I felt the urge to turn back time. My dad told me that he used to have a large purple foam hand chair that sat in his living room back in the day. Apparently, my mother declined that coming into their shared home. Wonder why?? lol

  5. Great stuff? I assumed you were in USA just realized you're in Canada. Shipping is a curse sort of spoils the gain on any bargains. Anyway I'm glad you and your mini love found each other.

    1. Shipping crushes me, but I've found a solution. If it's expensive then I say its a Christmas or Birthday gift and have to put it away for my husband to wrap. Much easier!
